Giving up is hard work!

{@rafsilglucca] my dad gave up in 1979 smoking cigarettes and i think he never had another until the day he passed in 2014 . it is difficult i get that but if you can find enough will power and conviction you can achieve that goal

Well that's good! I never began to smoke but I can imagine it's hard to stop.
If you feel the temptation, think again to your health.
And also at your wallet, smoking hurts it as well!

It took me a bout of asthma and severe allergic reaction and stopped right in the middle of university tour. I wasn't even 23 then.

Smoked 20 a day now doing just 5.Took me months to do so..very tough to stop it completely
