Curried rice bites


Ingredients

*500grams cooked rice (one or two packs of boil in the bag rice or two bags of microwave rice)
*Tin of baked beans or tin of vegetable curry.
*Spices (curry powder, garam masala, cumin, turmeric, coriander etc)
*Half a stock cube
*fried onion, handful of peas, sweet corn. A few sultanas (I've used other veg such as left over peppers, courgettes, sweet potato too as long as not too wet. Chopped cooked chicken is nice too.
*0ne or two eggs to bind mixture

Method.
Mix everything together and place spoonfuls on baking sheets. Spray with oil and Bake for about 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool until you handle them.

That looks and sounds so good.

I had my first serious taste of rice, chicken and curry in England 60 years ago and it's still on my favorites list :)

I've tended to prefer sweet curry but adding corn would probably have the same effect.

@PatientlyWaiting25 Nah. I resign myself to my fate. The minute I give anyone any symptoms, they’ll have me on laxatives 😂
@Oneofthestormboys There's also a "sweet curry" which comes with less hotness while preserving that curry taste.
