Cabbage pulp

Cabbage juice: have you ever made your own? If so what did you do with the pulp? If I had a pig I would offer it to the pig. I found a few suggestions online. I'm drinking cabbage juice for my health so any recipes using the pulp should be healthy, too. Compost will be a last resort.
