What kind of apples do you like?

I usually buy organic Fuji apples. they are my favorite. but i havent been able to find any lately so i tried a couple different kinds. i got Cosmic Crisps and Galas. the Galas had a nice flavor but were soft. I cant stand soft apples. the Cosmic Crisps were excellent. so crisp and flavorful. :) I maybe have a new favorite :) They are really good. Real fresh tasting and juicy. Maybe i just got a bad batch of Galas but just thought I'd share.

We have 2 bramley trees still with lots of fruit, which are amazing for cooking. But recently ive discovered russet apples and they are lovely eating apples. My friend rents an apple tree in Kent every year and gives them to me along with his neighbours Cox apples which are lovely too.

i only like yellow delicious for eating...but baking...i love to mix like three types for a pie...yummy!

update- i got a asecond bag of cosmic crisps from a different store and they werent as good. they were bigger than the ones i thought were awesome.
