Jam - healthy fruit or sugary trap?

i used to eat low sugar jams and marmalade and then discovered that the sorbitol used instead of sugar was doing me no good, and possibly worse. Now I stick to high fruit jams, where most of the sugars are natural and don't eat it so often. I think it's the refined sugar that gets us Type 2s.

@peterlee Not for me it doesn't, but you're right that vigorous exercise is proven to help.

@FreddieUK I love jam but have it very rarely nowadays because of my diabetes.
