How much nutrional value does a salad have?

Does lettuce have nutrients similar to green vegetables?

I'm assuming it's mostly cellulose and 🌊. I often eat a whole head of romaine in one night and it fills me up pretty well and I figure it's good for you. I add homemade Caeser dressing with anchovy paste in it.
