I boiled green beans today and was disgusted

with the taste. I guess they need something added. But I still nibbled on them and they filled me up which would help with weight loss.

Green beans are best when blanched in boiling water for about 30 seconds, then sauteed in butter until al dente, minced garlic added the last 15 seconds, or until the aroma of garlic starts wafting through the kitchen 🤤😋❤️
