My daughter bought me a milkshake from McD's when I was sick this winter. And the same brought me some McD fries - my fave - couple years ago.

And I did the try the Impossible Whopper when it came out at the King. Tasty.

Well for lunch today I microwaved an Arby’s roast beef sandwich. No fries or soda or anything. Does that really count?

Voluntarily- years ago. Some times it can't be helped when traveling.

I eat fast, thus, it is all fast food.

Yesterday, it was a mistake. Unavoidable also as we were traveling but still.

Oh man, last week I shared a whataburger w a friend it’s entirely too heavy.

Ugh! All week my house was up for sale! These days sellers are expected to stay away while the house is being shown, so we had to sit in our car for hours anywhere but here. When we ate, we didn't give thanks for the food, we prayed for forgiveness!

sushi doesnt count as fast food right? In that case it's been about 3 weeks
