Long day ahead

Today going to be long. I didn't get any sleep last night and I have to go to a product roll out and training. There will be 500 people there. So it will be a long afternoon of holding back my tics and outbursts. I'm already very anxious. I'm going to try and redirect the need to pace into something else like shacking my legs. It's not enough to replace the need to pace

Tonight we have our support group. After it we're getting taken out and going to a cigar lounge for a date so I'm looking forward to that.

Just don't expect your poor tired body to do too much. Getting through that training is going to be huge. Rest as much as possible during it.

@4meAndyou I only have one appointment before the training so it shouldn't be too bad.

@4meAndyou I'm sitting in the back by an exit so I can leave if I need to pace or something. I'm not going to hold everything thing in and come home stressed and overstimulated. I want to enjoy our date night tonight
