If I could say ONE thing about extreme fasting...it is not healthy. It will slow your metabolism down. It will fool your body into believing that you are starving and your body will begin to conserve your energy instead of burning it.
IF you want something easy, then buy lean Cuisine TV dinners and eat 2 or 3 of them a day. Look for the ones which contain only meat and veggies. There are one or two of them, and avoid the ones that are all pasta.

You need to see reality and realize that
1) not eating is very unhealthy
2) not eating doesn't help, it tells your body to hang on to fat because lean times are here
