Whats going on w my body??

I stopped eating (only had like 2 sips of broth a day) for like 6months, and i got really sick but i tried eating today and almost instantly threw it up and now i cant eat because it hurts. I went to the doctor and got told drink water- and i told them "thats all i do." and they said "well, we cant do anything karitan." LMAO- idk wtf going on tho cuz i also have a eating disorder called pica- and like tf-
