I think its this month , so my partner let me come online to post about it , its been one of the hardest things ive done but its been worth it. Ive had it since I was around 11 or 12 , I went into recovery at 13 but My parents made me but I made sure it failed because I didnt want it but at age 21 I did want it so its been an year and
Im so much happier now im in recovery and want full recovery for myself. Below , is some of the food I managed to eat whilst in recovery , also , Ive only just managed to drink starbucks and have cake with it at the same time , and Ive never had cream ontop until this year , Im hoping to try macdonalds but I havent got to that stage yet , Ive been in many of times but I couldnt bring myself to eating , I had coffee though ,I havent had it since I was about 12. Ive been cooking my own food , Ive also been eating pizza which I couldnt do before and fries , I dont eat it every day , I mainly eat healthily but you shouldnt be scared of any food. Im hoping this post helps others who are in recovery or also struggling. Anyone can message me if they ever need to talk about eating disoders , I do reccomend therapy because I can only help so much , but youre still welcome to talk to me about it. Also , not everyone with eating disoders are thin or underweight , many peole die being an normal weight as they was just as ill as the people who was underweight with an eating disoder.
Good for you!!!!!!!💜 Yep any food is ok in moderation. Pizza, nachos, etc. In fact pizza can be healthy when you drizzle olive oil on top and have veggies for topping! I do enjoy cheese pizza though most. For a decent snack at McDonald's, I like the sausage burrito. Its eggs, mild sausage, peppers, in a burrito. And cheese. I dip it in a little ranch and its a good snack! Not all McDonald's serve it all day ( mainly breakfast hours) but some do. You got this. You and your body deserve any food, and it needs nutrients each day. Ty for sharing your inspiring post🌺
