You could try a self help group like overeaters anonomous. Not that you overeat but it is a free support group in every town!

@Carazaa I was just looking at an overeaters anonymous group in my area! Thank you! I’m just so anxious about it.

@ElizabethSpade find one that suits you, each group have a different "culture" but most people in those self help groups are so nice and you'll feel welcome! You could also try celebrate recovery which is more faith based I think or a church prayer group! I wish you the best!🙂 Maybe anti depressants would be good too if you are anxious or have OCD about food. Any general practitioner can prescribe them if they think it would be beneficial!

You need to come to grips with your disorder and talk to your husband about it. My wife kept her's hidden for 7 years. It's a husband's job and duty to be there for you and help you with this.

Be careful doing that it is very unhealthy and can lead to other health issues

@ExperienceDLT I'm sorry. 😔🤗🙏

@Montanaman thank you I just wouldn't want to see anyone else make themselves that sick

@ExperienceDLT me too, I've dealt with it with both family and friends. There's absolutely nothing we can do, but hope they "get it," sooner than later, when it could become too late. It's up to them, and Only Them.

I don’t think intermittent fasting is good for anyone.
