My intro to a healthier life

Hello, I’m a new user. For most of my life I suffered from BED and my highest weight was 232lbs at 5’3. I just recently started my weight loss journey and I’m now at 187lbs. I plan on using this forum to take accountability and to continue to lose weight and share what I’ve been doing to help and learn from others.

What method did you use? What did not work.

@Tastyfrzz I started this year, but lately i haven’t been on top of things but i did meal preps and my cal intake was 1000 and i do 30 min workouts everyday with a weighted hula hoop and that seemed to work.
What didn’t work for me personally was fasting, going to the gym, and things like otc weight loss pills
