How of ten do you eat out?

@EldritchFox What do you usually eat. I eat like three times week. I get McDonalds and Wendy's. But I notice the food is nutrient dense.

@IsawDDevil there's a place here that sells insanely healthy bowls. Kale, brown rice, veggies, organic protein, homemade healthy dressings.

Fast food makes me feel gross.
