Bacon, but not just bacon. I guess bacon, eggs, and hash browns with an English muffin. Not every day of course, but once a month or so is nice.

Breakfast is the most challenging meal as all four of the above have to be prepared separately but be ready at exactly the same time. So if I'm going to have that, I go to a diner and let a professional do it.

THIS is what I am actually eating for breakfast...and THIS month, it's been every day.

But THIS is my favorite breakfast...(which I almost NEVER have)...

WITH 2 strips of very crisp bacon!

One egg over easy with half an avacado, 2-3 strips of crispy bacon, 12 oz coffee and a glass of water.

Probably breakfast burritos. Just eggs and bacon, maybe a hashbrown wrapped in a tortilla. Easy to eat, easy to carry around, little mess or waste.
