A deal I made with a friend of ours..... We shook on it!

He made me promise him, that I wouldn't eat sugar, bread, nor pasta, and to get outside and walk walk walk as much as I can! I will do my best but I ate some skittles! Oops! Ok! Ok! Reset! I will try to drink more water, and watch what I eat... I will go for walks with my tracking watch on to keep an eye on my heart rate, and how many steps I take etc, he wanted me to lose 10lbs in a month... I guess I'm on a diet!

I can't not eat any sugar or pasta, it's extremely hard long term to do it, plus if we can't have some joy in our life, life is short enough as it is😟. But I hope you do what makes you feel good!! I lost twenty pounds and still ate pizza last year!! But I just lessened portions. Now I've gained a few back ughh. So I'm back today, to lesser portions 🌻

@Coralmist As women it's also hormonal as we get older, stress and all that jazz, but your right! I wouldn't pass up a piece of pizza for nothing!
