A deal I made with a friend of ours..... We shook on it!
He made me promise him, that I wouldn't eat sugar, bread, nor pasta, and to get outside and walk walk walk as much as I can! I will do my best but I ate some skittles! Oops! Ok! Ok! Reset! I will try to drink more water, and watch what I eat... I will go for walks with my tracking watch on to keep an eye on my heart rate, and how many steps I take etc, he wanted me to lose 10lbs in a month... I guess I'm on a diet!
