Quite often have a hard time digesting eggs. I made a 13" x 9" pan of grapenut custard with Splenda instead of sugar, thinking it would be good for breakfast...and I ended up avoiding it. It just wasn't worth the cramping.

I went to a diner for breakfast once and they undercooked the eggs. I was hungry so I ate them instead of sending them back. Big mistake
