I try for 3-4 litres. Helps keep my blood sugar under control.

I don't keep track and I do not adhere to the popular myth that we need a boat load a day. Our body knows when we need it.
ArtieKat · M
I'm with @Magenta - it varies hugely from day-to-day

Depends on the day -- a glass or two, I guess. Or did you mean do I try to drink multiple glasses because some company that sold water glasses with lids started a campaign to scam people into buying their glasses by telling them they HAD to drink so many ounces of water per day. No.

Big fat zero. I mean obviously I consume water in alcoholic beverages and fizzy drinks but I don't drink water.
