What do you like to buy multiples of at grocery store ?

@NativePortlander1970 my bf freezes cheese and says it's perfectly good when thawed out.

@meggie Not really, it crystizes the cheese and makes it brittle.

@NativePortlander1970 @meggie I often freeze shredded cheese and it's still good thawed out, melts nicely on tacos or in a macaroni dish . But I'm not sure if sliced cheese would taste as well thawed out from frozen.

@Baybreeze i only eat frozen cheese if it comes that way, like in a pizza. My bf freezes camemburt, Stilton and brie and says they taste as good. I only eat mature cheddar @NativePortlander1970
