Does anyone on this site drink olive oil?

About the size of a shot glass a day, I'm talking about. I've seen a few things on line about people extolling its hair-enriching, skin glowing, weight reducing properties. Is there any truth in any of their claims? If so, why haven't we heard them before?

In Africa they dip flat bread in olive oil. The thing is there is a lot of fake olive oil. Frying in sesame oil or clear butter would be better.
@Khenpal1 I get you about the cooking part but I was specifically asking about drinking a shot of olive oil.

@jackieash I guess a tea spoon will do if genuine top quality, but is not the best nor the healthiest way to consume olive oil. Benefits of olive oil do not come in isolation. One of the most important reasons to consume olive oil in food rather than drinking a shot of it is due to the positive interactions it has when you add it to food.
