What's a weird food combo

Dried mango and shrimp paste. It's a Filipino thing.

Something I picked up recently from another SW user and adapted for myself: bread spread with peanut butter, sliced banana and sprinkled with cocoa powder - then cooked in my air fryer for about 6 minutes.
