Do you feel guilty eating certain foods ?

I usually avoid sugar but somedays when the cravings get on top,I can’t resist and end up eating way too much sugar that makes me so guilty (as if its a crime ).😌😢
The food channels keep suggesting chocolate fondues and icecreams and so ..they kinda spike my appetite lol .

Do you feel guilty for eating certain things that you’ve been advised to avoid?

Are you strong enough to resist the temptation?

I had some chips and opened a new tub of dip earlier today and I felt so guilty after. I shouldn't have because I know there are healthier options here.

Should ask people who live till 90 and above if they ever had sugar.
@msros Those who live long seem to be the rebels that will eat and drink anything, while health nuts drop dead at 40.

@Fable You can be the healthiest person in the world and BAM, an infection affects a heart valve or two, the next thing you know you have insanely high blood pressure that the docs put you on meds instead of corrective, then BAM, two bouts of blood clots in your lungs permanently sideline you and put you on 24/7 assisted oxygen and anticoagulants for the rest of your life, your weight balloons because you can no longer power walk 50 miles a week or power cycle 100 miles a week, walking across your small apartment you get tired and fatigued, or you get bitten by a small little insect and suddenly you're bedridden for life, in constant nerve wracking pain that even morphine barely touches. Stop assuming that doing healthy things is going to keep you healthy. No one is immune to disease.

I do, yes. Mostly things that have already been mentioned in your post. Bags of candy and chips and other sweets and carbs. They’re addictive and easy to sneak. lol

I feel guilty sometimes when I eat people's brains, but I am getting over it. I mean, it just liquefies if you don't eat it, so really if you don't it goes to waste.

Normally avoid sugar but. Only have it in moderation. That’s if I want something sweet.
Ive stopped feeling guilty about food because one u healthy choice won't hurt. I have a daughter who needs to grow up without the anxiety I do with food.
