ViciDraco Yea! I've read some articles about how both studys say what's recommended with one or the other. Right now, I do eat in the morning during the week & during the weekend - not so much. Because my work shift is early, I do find it hard to eat a hearty meal in the mornings. So I do a Rice Cake, 1 or 2, enough for the medicine & then go to work until my break around 1:30-2. By then I'm not even hungry, but I'll get a fruit cup because I know I didn't eat enough for breakfast. Then my dinner is bigger... I think that's where I go wrong. But I'm still cutting back calories during all this.
