I'm starting tonight with the 14:10 plan in order to get used to fasting as a routine. I was considering 16:8 because sometimes I don't eat breakfast or dinner, it flops between the two. But with my medications, I theoretically need to eat something in the morning.. I'll probably give my current plan sometime and change to 16:8 when I'm feeling comfortable enough with the routine!

If I had to choose one, I’d skip breakfast and go with dinner since it would probably be easier to sleep with food in my system, lol. But I’ve done full-on fasting where I wouldn’t eat anything for two weeks straight before. You got this.
@Ducky OH WOW, I think I see a guy on YouTube who sorta does that because he does food challenges! Since its a lot of calories at once, it's his only way to maintain his weight + exercising. It might not be exactly that long, but its a few days straight at least. From my understanding.
