Diets SUCK

Week three of keto diet and the desire for carbs has not slowed. I’m down 18 pounds, but man I’d do awful things for a pizza..🤣

Make yourself a pizza bowl... mix any ingredients you'd put on the pizza into a bowl, sprinkle a little cheese and sauce on top. Might have to make your own sauce to avoid sugar
