I haven’t eaten for two weeks but I don’t have that shape yet 😮‍💨

I only eat apples 🍏 and drink coffee and I still don’t fit in my dress 👗 I’m desperate!
McDougall Diet. You have more than enough to eat, your appetite satisfied, and you'll lose all the weight and feel happy and energetic. I just started it. I see it has saved lots of lives.

That isn't a healthy diet! A lot depends on what your metabolism is and how active/ how much exercise you get. Change on a bit scale takes time so I'd look at healthy meals with exercise.

As far as the dress do remember that we are all different shapes and so don't be harsh on yourself if a particular size doesn't fit. Better to have clothes you are comfortable in and fit right. I doubt many people ask what size something is. It usually is a question of where you picked up an outfit or how it looks. If the dress is something like say a wedding dress there are usually options to adjust it if needed.

Please be careful. You will slow your metabolism down by starving yourself and end up putting on more weight than you lose.
That's unhealthy and your body will compensate by storing fat!!! Eat healthy foods and exercise.

Apples aren’t what I would suggest, they have high sugar and not enough protein

For desperation, I would go with tuna and celery

Tuna is a lot of protein which your body needs, celery takes calories to digest and you can’t metabolize any calories from it

Don’t let yourself feel hungry, that tends to slow your metabolism

Exercise a lot and eat whenever you’re hungry and that will go fast

Diets like that aren't healthy because you're not giving your body the nutrients it needs. I suggest just eating a healthy, balanced diet and excersising. You won't see results right away, but when you do, the results to be easier to maintain.
With crash diets, you will gain the weight back as soon as you stop, so they are not sustainable.

Or you can, ya know, just embrace the plus sized lifestyle and enjoy life. Plus size is in :)

Do you exercise?

get a new dress lol
Unfortunately, when you "crash" diet your body often thinks it’s starving and while you may lose water, it hangs onto the fat.
