This is probably really unhealthy but

I love to starve myself all day sometimes and then eat a big meal not long before bed,

It's relaxing and I actually get a really solid night sleep when I do this 😬

Only works if I eat a big meal when super hungry tho

Usually they say eating a meal close to bed time is bad, as it all just stores as far then.


But the starving yourself before that sounds like intermittent fasting, which is good at getting rid of the fat.

So if it's a healthy meal, then that routine might not be the worst...
