I want to lose weight because i have an overeating problem, but I what do I replace it with that is equally as pleasurable?

I eat because it's the only thing that I enjoy, but in order for me to stop, I have to replace it with something that is equally as good. I can't feel bad at all. I need to only feel good.

I had to change my diet when diagnosed as possibly developing type 2 diabetes. I love my grub. Quite enjoyed some of the changes first forced upon me.

Ryvita Crackerbread with various toppings, eggs fried in Extra Virgin Olive Oil for brekkie.

Get yourself a couple of healthy eating cookbooks. Who knows, you might be on Masterchef next year.
