What’s something with little calories that you can eat a lot of to get full and not gain weight?

Celery, raw carrots, lettuce, shredded cabbage, dill pickles, cucumbers..in other words salad and no dressing or croutons.
Rice or potatoes. I actually don't know how many calories potatoes have but I would leave off the butter.
Plain white bread

I discovered this when I was having digestive issues.

@BlondilyOld wheat is inflammatory because it causes blood sugar to go up more than plain sugar. If you eat bread hot (such as hot yeast rolls or toasted) it lowers the amount of resistance starch and is more fattening than it would be if eaten cold.
