Need to figure out my partner's idiopathic body aches and chronic tiredness 🤔🤔

What could be the reason? It might be video games related. 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤫🤔🤫🤫

Playing video games until late at night definitely used to make my eyes very tired the next day and would often give me headaches. I don't play them anymore though, or watch any TV at all really other than the news.

Yeah, I'm kind of always on a diet because I have to avoid specific things. I don't eat after lunch time either because eating later in the day just causes me digestive problems.

@FishBotDimwit That's tough. Even if I give out suggestions which worked for me, I am not sure they would fit your life style. I have to avoid all preservatives and gluten. And for long time I had to avoid acidic, spicy and sweet but not anymore. I have those foods when I am in the mood and they don't hurt me, in rational amounts.
I get too greeedy and binge , then get sick.
I also get sick every time i dare eat foods from restaurants or other people.
Most of what I consume is from my own farms. It is very organic. Hard to pinpoint one thing that worked out.
I really hope you find better arrangements that can suit your own health profile. No one should suffer like that.
@Miram Why did I post that as a new post instead of a reply? 🤦 Lmao!

My digestive system is very sluggish. That's part of the problem. If I eat I can feel uncomfortably full for hours. If I eat anything on my banned list I can have reflux all day and night. Plus food doesn't exit my system regularly. It can be up to 11 days between toilet trips, lol. So I have to eat cautiously and I've found a good system that keeps me comfortable without leaving me depleted. My doctor is aware of it too.
The tiredness could be a result of the aches preventing adequate quality sleep. For example, I suffer with chronic aching in my left thigh and buttock. It ruins my sleep all the time. I also have digestive issues which can further ruin my sleep. I never sleep through the night. As a result I'm always tired in the daytime.

@FishBotDimwit that all can be attributed to video games.

Jk aside, are you still on a diet?

I woke up once to my wife turning over in her sleep and elbowing my jaw.

@Straylight Dentists really need to start consider scenarios like that instead of always claiming we be grinding or pressing in our sleep. Always possible we been getting chin slapped.
