That depends on where it is. If at the bar, I might be receptive or at the very least polite, so long as they're not bothering me. But if at a place like the store, I'm not gonna like it one bit, because I'm not there to mingle, I'm there to get in and get out. But if I'm just drinking at the bar, I can make time for socializing, and it's a social setting anyway.

It’s always a surprise even though it has happened a million times ( cough, cough) . I just politely decline and say that I am taken.
