When you like someone, how do you let them know?

do you flirt by teasing them, complimenting them, or just staring at their mouth too long?
Or if you're me, stumble over every word and just say weird things?

Flirting and teasing are fun, but I think most people just take that as joking around and having fun. I think the first step to letting someone know you actually like them is to take some sort of concrete step. Would you like to get lunch sometime? Or a coffee? That sort of thing.

That's the only way I know someone has ulterior plans for me....I'm aloof and oblivious to other people flirting with me
