Probably some do, but ignoring him to show him you are mad only works if he feels/knows he has done something wrong.

Otherwise, he goes through his day thinking the world is good.

And yes, we guys, or many of us anyway, are often oblivious. We are in our nothing box and enjoying it tremendously.

Idk if I agree or disagree. If I’m angry my hubby is the first the first one to want to make up. But before I was married I dated guys who gave ME the silent treatment after some disagreement. One time I wanted to see how long it would go on - it was going on 2 weeks when I decided to end it entirely. Was tired of it. Passive aggression is never a good sign.

I get sad when I'm ignored all day by someone I'm close to.

We're not talking means we aren't fighting. Also means the world isn't falling apart because she can't find/do something absolutely simple.

So yes, that is a nice peaceful day

If I am at fault and my partner is upset about then its my responsibility to fix it , I don't play mine games

Everything is treated like a game too. Why give hints and make him figure it out? Be direct and just tell him how you feel. Forcing/expecting him to be empathic is a feminine approach...most men don't work like that.

I learned what her silence meant when we were dating, and it's a lesson I have not forgotten.
