@sarabee1995 from what I've read it can make it more difficult. Not impossible, just tougher. And I understand. My best bets would be to marry in or find an employment sponsor. My current company does have Canadian locations but post-covid decentralization has caused more in-place remote hiring instead of jumping through hoops and costs to sponsor an employee. Which, again, that still happens just not as often.

@ViciDraco here’s a plan: you could cross through at Roxham Rd as a refugee. They’ll gladly bring you in. While you’re waiting for your refugee claim to be processed, you could find a Canadian woman to marry
