In Montreal, the Hilton hotel makes the most AWESOME maple syrup coated bacon!!!!!! It's to die for!!!

ALSO in Montreal, there used to be a little specialty pastry shop, serving such delights as pink Marzipan pigs, and Napoleons, and every delight in between.
