I think so, because you're in essence generalizing all Indian (or whatever) girls as being basically the same. It might not be hateful or mean-spirited, but all the same it tends to pigeonhole people from one race or the other as having to fit this arbitrary ideal of them

Is it the nationality/heritage or their looks that has you attracted to them? And, would you be able to find someone looking "Indian" of another nationality/heritage as attractive as well? That said, I tend to agree with the thoughts @TinyViolins is bringing up in his comment for you.
