@nonsensiclesnail thank you! I know “this too shall pass” but in the meantime it feels awfully stupid… I wish I could leave my body somehow so I don’t have to feel how it feels

@MissNoahLenFoxx You are right. The “this too shall pass” bit is emotionally exhausting when you want to be fine and well right now. Be gentle with yourself. Do something that usually makes you smile. distractions from horrible emotions are very helpful.
