I Found Out Today Why My Neighbors Moved And Sold Their House So Cheap….

probably got a lot less than they paid for it 20 years ago. About $105,000 and it was a 3-bedroom brick. Homes in this area are going for $190-$210 thousand. I saw another neighbor and talked to her about it. She told me that the wife went to stay in a residential care home & the man had lived there by himself for 2 years. He got tired of dealing with the rattlesnakes and the mice that were getting into the house. The people who bought the house had to tear Sheetrock out of the walls to get the rattlesnakes. Now my mind is wandering and thinking “How many of those rattlesnakes left the house before they got caught??? . And how many rattlesnakes were breeding in his house and overgrown flower beds and yard?” I never go outside after dark without carrying a flashlight as it is since I heard of man getting bit by a copperhead in another city in the next county for walking out in his yard after dark. They said that house was pure filth inside, hoarding etc. I walked by one time about 10 years ago and the garage door was open and it smelled like a garbage dump. I am going to put some bait out for mice outside the house and inside the garage in case the mice start coming inside in cold weather. There is a kind that won’t poison cats or dogs etc. but it’ll definitely get the rodents.

We had a problem with rats and mice.
I got some live traps and put the bait in there with some other irresistible goodies.
They eat the bait and can't get back out of the trap.
You just throw the whole thing away.
King snakes are also good mouse killers and I heard they eat rattlesnake babies too.

At the Reagan Library in Simi Valley, Ca there are signs everywhere, off property, “ caution, natural habitat for rattlesnakes”

I thought of grabbing some and planting them in front of the UN

@Thrust The signs or the snakes?

@joe438 Yes!
Thank goodness for St. Patrick, I don't have any snakes

Damn. That is the same price my parents was selling 14 years ago.

Afterwards, it was burnt down from the paradise fire in California.

@cherokeepatti they did somewhat. They were trying to sale the house, but the prices ain't right. So real state got a hold of it.

But it was burnt down anyways. And then another will take over to rebuilt the property

@FreestyleArt did they personally lose money on it?
FreestyleArt · 36-40, M
@cherokeepatti yep. The California way

That is scary. I couldn't envision having snakes of any kind in the house.

@cherokeepatti I'm sorry, but that is just wrong! 😡😡😡😡😡

@Musicman every drug or treatment has skyrocketed since they passed the bill that everyone get insurance.These pharmaceutical companies are taking advantage of that and jacked up the prices to outrageous prices.

Just a horror show. Filthy people who attract mice with their filth also attract the things that EAT mice.
