To my young earth peeps: If Dinosaurs existed alongside man in the bible, how come we don't hear about them?

There are countless references to goats and donkeys and lions and vultures but no dinosaurs.
Surely animals as awe-inspiring and titanic as Dinosaurs would have attracted a lot of attention. I mean, who's going to talk about the strength of a lion when T. rex is roaming the land?

And i know some of you are just itching to respond with Leviathan and Behemoth but even if we're supposing those were describing real animals rather than one-off elemental forces of earth and water, the descriptions simply do not correlate to dinosaurs.

you just don't get it, if the bible says one thing and reality says something else then its obvious reality made a mistake 馃檮(馃ぃ馃槀)

This is unironically more or less the stance taken by many creationists. I've encountered it first hand,

@Pikachu I know, but you gotta admire the brilliance, in a super-vilain kind of way, that they brainwashed a giant portion of humanity and that it was able to last for 2000 years and still going. its fascinating to wonder what it is exactly about this particular belief system that made it so resilient. there are many things about it which contributed to its durability, which is why it is so brilliant. one important aspect is that they managed to sell the idea that believing without seeing in itself is a spiritual act and that doubting is a sin. pure genius.
