Corporate America Doesn't Care ONE BIT About You.

Top | New | Old
the average life expectancy 120 years ago was 46-50 as well
no antibiotics either
and the total human population was under 2 billion

damn this tyranny of science, cull the herd, Make Human Mortality Great Again!!!!
(Making Measles Great Again is one good start!)

****

incidentally, the claim that cancer and heart disease were more rare 120 years ago is false, notably because A) fewer people lived to old age, which is when most people develop either malady, and B) doctors lacked modern tools like X-rays, blood tests, MRIs, and advanced biopsies, meaning many cases of cancer or heart failure went undiagnosed or were mislabeled as "old age" or other systemic failures ... probably not a good idea to get your health facts from the MAHA crowd

no, corporate America doesn't care about anyone, but you've also conflated a lot with just purely corporate action, which is not accurate, e.g., pasteurization was not driven by corporate interests at all, but because people were effing dying, duh
(unfortunately, preventing premature deaths through methods like his has also perversely helped drive up human populaton to unsustainable levels)

perhaps the greatest threat to the continued existence of the human species is the anti-science crowd

I would be more worried about the preservatives, not on that, than the seed oils.

And genetic selection foods have been around for thousands of years. It's a form of GMO.

And homogenized milk is only heated milk. And they did heat milk 120 years ago. It kills the bacteria.

This has little (some of it yes) to do with corporate America per say. Which is a serious problem.

And greed will be the downfall of humanity.
@SageWanderer I'm afraid you're right.
Tell me something I don't know.

@MsSwan

A single mature sunflower can have about 1,000 to 2,000 seeds on average.
@TheHammer That I didn't know, lol.

Yeah but, people died of e coli , tuberculosis and salmonella among other things from raw milk.
Honey is still basically raw.
Flaxseed, canola, sunflower pumpkin oil all come from seeds
And.
Dude.
120 years ago those diseases were less not because people were heathier, but because they died of other things before they got yo the age when those things usually hit.
Just saying

Corporate America has a profit motive. They push the envelope based on what is legal to increase profits. That in itself isn't the problem. It's the corruption of government agencies that allow the food dyes, the preservatives, and poisons that are in our food supply. Change and enforce the rules with a primary focus on human health and things will change.
There’s nothing wrong with a free and fair open market ..

It’s croney capitalism that’s killing us..
eg: when COKE buys all their competitors…they set the prices…

Greed is all that matters.
Only one reason.... $$$$$$$

True. But very short sighted. It is their own customer base and employee pool they are pi$$ing in...😷
