so why do people try their food stamps\snap cards?? buy an expensive item and try return it for cash?? sadly for many their addiction comes first, food is not a priority

@1490wayb or they need money for rent and only have snap funds. Literally the us government does the same strategy with weapons purchases. The war hawks in congress WILL agree to more military funding tanks airplanes etc then will cancel the order and shift the money to something else usually it’s committing funds to domestic priorities to get constituents off their back then strip the funding and reappropriate them to military investments (at the 11th hour). So yeah more of the same!
