Seems that federal cuts “to balance the federal budget” are always to blue states.

The states that pay the most in taxes and have the most people always get the most extreme budget cuts. Usually those same states are blue dominant states.
Whatever, the point is cuts to military spending would more than cover the federal dollars “saved” cutting citizen benefits at the state level. Spending and wasting trillions overseas on war or “saving” billions cutting citizens programs at home? Cuts at home increase crime, unemployment, and poverty in mostly democratic states whom pay the most in taxes already.
