Full time/38 Hr W with Roster day over each month
$38 – $43 per hour
We are currently looking for a Service Coordinator for a 12-18 month contract to cover Maternity Leave.
Based in Wetherill Park and reporting to the Office Manager, you will have had similar experience working in a busy and demanding trade services environment, be highly organised, self-motivated with a "can do" attitude and be able to manage multiple tasks in a friendly and busy team environment.
Some key duties for this role include (but not limited to) the following:
Scheduling Breakdown and Programmed Maintenance Work
Responding to Service Enquiries
Job Costing
Meeting Priorities set out by our Clients
Liaising with Clients, Subcontractors and Suppliers
Providing Administration support to the service department
n order to be successful in this position you will need to processes the following attributes:
Be seeking long term permanent employment
Professional telephone manner with a clear and polite speaking voice
Intermediate MS office Skills – Word, Excel and Outlook
Willingness to learn fast and be flexible
Well presented with a friendly and outgoing personality
Ability to work independently as well as being an excellent team player
High level of organisational skills with an attention to detail
Punctual and reliable
Possess initiative with a "can do" attitude

That’s up to the employer and employee, not the government in my opinion.

@FreeSpirit1 and the government requires certain citizen\employee rights. But not child care maternity or paternity time for a new born. So the government is supposed to gaurantee certain rights.
The point is only that there are other and in my oppinion better ways to look out for newborns employees & parents.
