Should there be tax breaks for people that dont drive? Take the bus Dumbass.

To encourage a "free market" reduced traffic congestion reduced emissions and more parking availability. Similarly if kickbacks rebates and subsidies only favor automobile driving. How can we expect any improvement in price, congestion, cost, and fees. Demand never goes down supply always scarce prices will only increase (basic economics). Lets make a change; for the better!

Non-drivers perform a public service by not adding to congestion and pollution. And they keep mass transit systems, generally recognised to be public goods, running. But I would rather subsidies were removed from private motorists first before directing further tax money into transport.

@SunshineGirl seems reasonable. Definitely we need to reduce the number of cars on the road. Then maybe incentivize public transit use. Its better for peoples health (lots more walking biking socializing)
