@Guitarman123 The criminal justice system isn't racist. But, the better attorney usually does a better job. It's a merit thing, just like Elon's team makes a better car than you can. I've talked with some Bar certified attorneys that are public defenders, and they are so dim that when I insult them by telling them they are the kinds of attorneys I want to see defending criminals they literally thank me.
