A story I read a while back (in norwegian) Here's the english translation

An american was visiting Norway, and while riding a taxi he kept commenting on how small everything was and how everything's bigger in the states. The taxi driver was somewhat annoyed, but stayed professional.
The american eventually pointed to a building and proclaimed: in the stated "that building would be 10 times as big" to which the taxi driver replied "well, obviously. That's the obesity clinic"
