1. Have a waiting period before any gun purchase please!! No counseling can help an impulsive person. People who think about things calm down after a few days. All the mass killings last weeks the men bought their guns the same day! Are you kidding me?? Please make a rule for[b] FBI fingerprintng

2. Outlaw any person with criminal history to own a gun ever please! Please make FBI fingerprinting standard before purchase!

3. No one needs to have an assault weapon! OUTLAW THEM!

4. Anyone purchasing a gun needs to take a anger management class, and have a passing grade from the teacher and a signature to discuss how to handle anger.

5.Please change the constitution, we have lost the right to bare arms! We are shameful. The world is laughing at America.

I agree with you most of the time but this time you are way off base. Loss of the second amendment would also lose your right to freedom to worship God. The mass shootings are not caused by guns. The are caused by humans controlled by Satan or his demons. Many of these shooters are demon possessed I e the Aurora Co shooter. The real solution to the problem cannot be accomplished by anything short of America turning back to God. What you have suggested will only make things worse. Love you sister but this time you are wrong.

We have to do something!!

There have been 220 mass shootings in the last 5 months. God does not want us to use guns to protect ourselves, Jesus says

"turn the other cheek"

I believe police can use guns with a lot of trainings.

We have lost the right to have this freedom as a country since we can't keep our kids safe. 19 kids were murdered by an 18 year old, with 19 armed police who couldn't help or stop it.

We need to stop the madness thinking we need guns. No guns can defend people against an impulsive teen who buys an assault gun one hour before he walks in a crowded town, mall, school, bar, concert, store, etc.

@Carazaa I understand where you're at and you spread the gospel. That is what you're called to do. Jesus asked his disciples how many swords they had and they replied 2. Two among 11, Judas was gone, was defensive. Jesus said "it is enough". He didn't say get rid of them. The purpose of the second amendment is to allow us to protect ourselves against a government that is out of control.
We have to do something. Spend hours on your knees asking for God's intervention in this evil world and country we live in. Yes Jesus said to turn the other cheek but he didn't say what to do after that cheek got hit.
It is our God given right to protect ourselves and our family.
As far as the police go, I support them. They do a thankless job. The weren't there to prevent the school shooting or any of the other mass shootings. You need to think of the thousands of veterans, like myself, that are very well trained. They certainly are entitled to own firearms. Keep the faith. Jesus is coming soon. Then there will be peace for the first time in history because he will be in charge and Satan will be gone.

@Carazaa nice thought but it won't happen. Man is naturally evil. There are people killed everyday with knives and swords. I think I would rather be shoot than stabbed. Chicago has the strictest gun laws in the nation and the highest murder rate. Gun laws don't work because criminals (and Satan) don't obey the law.
