Yes, she's real. We did video call. Although I don't know where this is going. She's actually from Ukraine and her family moved to Russia after Ukraine started bombing Donbass back in 2014.

So, what happened is she now lives in one of these closed cities. I didn't know Russia had closed cities. WTF is that? Apparently we even have a few in the United States.

At first I thought she was fake because she kept telling me the Internet in her city is restricted and they cut the Internet on and off at certain times. I thought that was a lie. But I read an article today that might substantiate that claim.

I know someone from Ukraine and their internet does that too. None of this sounds too far fetched especially for her circumstances. Just keep an eye out for the average catfish signs from anyone else.

Also, the stuff you shared here may be considered pretty private info. There's a lot of civil tension over there about identities and such.
